The New Wimbledon Studio accepted my play 'It Started With A Touch' as part of their Fresh Ideas season, which runs from February 2011 to May 2011. This a great opportunity to have a play of mine performed in London for the very first time.

'White Meat' performed at the Groundlings Theatre in January.

'It Started With A Touch' performed to good audiences from the 2nd March to the 5th March 2011. Some really fine actors. So lucky to find such actors and put on the production in such a short space of time. Best thing that's happened to me as a writer

Bootleg staging 'Snapshots' a compilation of four plays including 'Material Things' commencing in Salisbury on the 5th November. On to Frome and then Portsmouth on the 15th November at the Cellars at Eastney.

'White Meat' rehearsals continued whilst I was away in Portugal in the summer. But for a number of reasons, the director and one the actors pulled out of the production. Spent the last six weeks looking for a new Director and a replacement actor, finally found, and back on track.

Decided in the past week to stage my play 'It Started With A Touch' at the Barons Court Theatre next September for a two, possibly three-week run.

'Blackberry Stains' screened at the Cannes Short Corner. And got an honorary mention at the LA Film Festival.

Wrote a feature length screenplay entitled 'Copious Notes'.

In May I modified a short screenplay entitled 'Material Things' and cut it for the stage. Bootleg Theatre plan to include it in a compilation of four plays to be produced in Salisbury in September, and a possible run in the south-east in October.

Bench Theatre Group are staging two one-act plays entitled 'United' and 'Paperwork' as part of their Supernova 5 venue in September.

'White Meat' performed by some excellent young actors at the New Theatre Royal Portsmouth on the 18th February. The plan is to stage it again sometime in summer.

Completed a full-length play entitled 'It Started with a Touch' in February, telling the story of a Mother who shops her son to the police when he attacks and blinds an innocent man. Issued to a number of London fringe theatres.

'Blackberry Stains' completed in March. One-Eyed-Dog plan to issue it to the Cannes and Brooklyn film festivals.

Just completed a full-length play entitled 'Re-enactment' a kind of farce about two couples who swop partners for a night.

Working on various scripts, including a play entitled 'It Started with a Touch'. Wrote a first draft in October.

One-Eyed-Dog plan to produce my 20 minute screenplay 'Blackberry Stains'. Shooting is set for the end of May.

Wrote a short stage play in March entitled 'Counting the Days' telling the story of a middle aged man's relationship with his 15 year old daughter's best friend, in hospital following the girl's attempted suicide, when she found out she was pregnant.

Bootleg Theatre Company said they wanted to produce it at a date yet to be established.

The latter part of the year spent modifying and developing existing scripts. Adapted 'Resume from Hibernation' for the stage and feel that it works as well as a stage play as a film. Plan to contact theatres and companies with a view to finding a producer and getting it staged.

Screening of 'Wedding Shots' in Portsmouth in May, to quite a large local audience. Press coverage. Plan to issue the film to various UK and international Film Fesitvals.

In Portugal for the majority of June and July, during which time a London production company expressed interest in my script 'Resume from Hibernation' and short 'Blackberrrying'. The company have prepared packages for each, and are contacting US and UK investors to try to get finance.

Contacted a number of London fringe theatres to try to get 'White Meat' performed, but to date no takers. Prepared a modified version in August, and plan to get CCADS a local theatre company to undertake a reading in September/October.

Learned from Steffen Schier, the producer and director of 'The Other Side of the Road' that it has ben selected for the Portobello Film Festival, to be screened 15th September.

Started a quirky comedy, set in the States entitled 'Today/Tomorrow' about a group of dysfunctional people who try to help each other.

Went to a screening of short films at the Metropolitan Film School, including 'The Other Side of the Road' a film I scripted, produced and directed by Steffen Schier.

Submitted 'White Meat 'to more fringe theatres, including the Hull Truck.

'Wedding Shots' developed further during the month. Three composers cut music for it. An on-line editor to complete the editing process planned in April. Plan to issue the film to UK and international festivals end April/ beginning of May 08.

Short film 'The Other Side of the Road' (Steffen Schier) to be ready by mid April.
